What is this?

This is the draft of a book I may never write about management. I’ve had the advantage of spending time at every level of management (except CEO), and I’ve had the opportunity to manage a variety of different tech industry functions.

My approach to management is quite different from most other managers I’ve encountered, and I hope I have something a little different to say than most other people who write about management.
